SPA POLICIES

Reservations and Cancellation

A major credit card is required to book your reservation. A 20% deposit will be held for all services booked, that will go towards your scheduled service(s). If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, you must provide a minimum of 24-hours' notice to avoid being charged the full price of your missed treatments. Appointments scheduled on the same day are designated as confirmed and cannot be cancelled without a charge for the full value of the scheduled service(s). We do not provide refunds for cancelled/ no show appointments. 

 

Prices and Services

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.

 

Minimum Age Requirements

Spa guests under the age of 17 must have a consent form signed by a parent or guardian. Guests ages 13-17 can enjoy facials, waxing (not including bikini area), massages and nail services. Guests ages 12 and under may enjoy nail services only and must be accompanied by an adult. Guests ages 13-15 must have a parent or guardian in the treatment room during the entire service. Guests ages 16-17 must have a parent or guardian on premise during the entire service (unless state law differs) and service must be performed by therapist of the same gender.

 

TARDINESS POLICY

If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible.

  • We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service.

  • Clients who arrive late will be charged in full for their scheduled session, but will receive an abbreviated, pro-rated session. For example, if you scheduled an hour session and arrive 15 minutes late, you will be charged for that hour session but will only receive 45 minutes of treatment for that session, including consultation and changing time.

 

For Your Safety

Guests with medical conditions are advised to consult their doctors prior to booking any spa services. Kindly inform your spa technician of any existing medical conditions, if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, or are pregnant by completing a Guest Check-In form prior to receiving your treatments. P.B.S reserves the right to discontinue a service for any reason to ensure the safety of all parties. 

*Please notify the spa coordinator of any allergies or sensitivities to aromas or ingredients when you schedule your appointment.  


Return Policy

It is our mission to provide you with the highest-quality of skin and body care products with your services. In fact, you may like these products so much that you wish to use them every day in your own home! In the event you purchase any of our spa products for home use and find them to be defective, we will exchange any products within 14 days of purchase, provided a receipt is presented. Unfortunately we cannot provide cash refunds for returned products. Instead a spa credit will be provided for any returned products to be used on any other products or spa services available here at Pristine Beauty Spa.
